Let’s make a ceremony of it!

I’m passionate about celebrating not just the traditional milestones, but honouring all meaningful moments. We’re all on unique life paths and we should be celebrated as such!

Ceremony gives us permission to pause, gather, tell the story, honour the feeling and give a moment the space it deserves.

Have something to celebrate, honour or mark? Let’s make a ceremony of it!

    I write

I'll bring everything we've talked about together into a ceremony written especially for you. You'll have time to read the draft, sit with it and refine it if you wish.

    We get everything ready

I'll keep you right with timely reminders and coordinate with your venue and suppliers where needed.

  • Sun

    We celebrate!

I'll arrive early, take care of all the practical bits behind the scenes and confidently hold the ceremony space, so you and your loved ones can be fully present to take it all in.

  • Sun

    You keep the words

Afterwards, you'll receive a beautiful digital copy of your ceremony to keep.

Just need help with the words?

Sometimes the perfect person to lead the ceremony is already there.

It might be a friend or family member. They may be completely happy delivering it but they just need a wee helping hand turning all the stories, memories and ideas into a ceremony that works.

That’s where I come in.

With my background in storytelling and creative writing, I work behind the scenes to bring everything together. I find the words and make sure the finished ceremony still sounds like the person delivering it.

Naming & adoption ceremonies from £300

A lovely way to welcome your child into your family and community, celebrate their name and honour the people who will be there to love, guide and support them as they grow.

The ceremony might include family promises, readings, music, stories, symbolic rituals or touches of faith, culture and tradition.

There are no rules about what a naming ceremony looks like. We can keep things beautifully simple, get everyone involved, or come up with something completely your own.

Renaming and gender-affirming ceremonies from £300

A joyful way to honour someone stepping into a name and identity that feels truly their own, surrounded by the people who see, love and celebrate them.

The ceremony might include affirmations, letters, music, promises, symbolic rituals or an acknowledgement of the journey that brought them here.

Most importantly, the person being celebrated leads the way. Their wishes and boundaries come first.

Funerals & celebrations of life

A life deserves to be remembered in all its colour and character.

I’ll create a ceremony with space for the stories, music, laughter, nature, faith, rituals and little details that help tell the story of the person being remembered.

It might take place in a family garden, a favourite beach, a community space, a woodland, a village hall or a beloved pub.

There is such beauty in remembering someone in a way that feels like them.

Living celebrations of life

A chance to gather while someone is still here, surrounded by the people they love and the stories they share.

A living celebration of life can be joyful, heartfelt or reflective, whatever feels like the person at the heart of it. There might be memories, gratitude, music, letters, favourite things and laughter.

It’s a chance to say the things you want someone to hear, while they’re here to hear them.

Pet memorials

Pets are family, and the unconditional love they bring to everyday life deserves to be honoured.

A pet memorial can celebrate their personality, the life you shared and all the wee routines, quirks and memories that made them so loved.

Whether you gather with others or choose something quiet and simple, we create space to remember them in a way that feels special to you.
